Parking

In managing on-street and off-street parking in Albury and Lavington we balance the needs of residents, commuters, shoppers and visitors. Our rangers patrol the city’s parking areas to make sure this balance is working.

Road safety

Our road safety program provides education and awareness initiatives designed to help reduce road crashes and trauma in Albury.

AlburyCity uses parking sensors that detect when you enter and leave a parking space.

Glenmorus Memorial Gardens and Crematorium

These peaceful gardens are set against beautiful bushland. With manicured lawns, shady trees and fragrant roses they offer a serene space in which to reflect in an atmosphere of healing, peace and remembrance.

Pioneer Cemetery

The cemetery has many examples of elaborate and ornate headstones from a bygone era, most of which were crafted by local stonemasons. It now provides our community with a place to reflect on our important historic past.

Waugh Road Cemetery

The Waugh Road Cemetery was established in 1925, with a lawn cemetery established at the same site in 1958. Coffin Interments still take place here, but space is limited.
