Grants and funding
We provide a number of financial and in-kind contributions to a diverse range of eligible groups, individuals and organisations which support cultural, creative and sporting opportunities and infrastructure.
Community and Cultural Grants
Provides eligible not-for-profit community groups and individuals, with funding of up to $5,000, to develop and present new projects, programs and activities that have a direct benefit to the Albury community.
Individual Athlete Grant
Provides up to $400 financial assistance for local individuals participating in a state or national sporting event.
AlburyCity Medical Scholarships
Provides up to $5,000 to local students who have been accepted into a degree in medicine at the University of NSW.
Sport and Recreation Grant Program
Provides eligible not-for-profit community organisations to seek funding for facilities upgrades, develop business plans, forward planning documents or feasibility studies for sporting and recreation facilities within the Albury area.
AlburyCity Leadership and Resilience Scholarship
This scholarship will cover the completion of two micro-subjects from the Graduate certificate in Community Leadership and Resilience, Building Community Resilience and Leading Change
Albury ClubGRANTS
Provides eligible Category 1 organisations, with funding for community projects.
AlburyCity Community Infrastructure Fund
Providing financial assistance for the 2026/27 financial year, the AlburyCity Community Infrastructure Fund is an annual funding stream to develop or improve significant community assets.
AlburyCity Community Organisation Support
Providing financial assistance for the 2026/27 financial year, the AlburyCity Community Organisation Support is an annual funding stream to support community organisations to provide a service, project or initiative that will benefit the community.
Land Management Incentive Program
This grant provides assistance for landholders, community groups & organisations to undertake on-ground environmental activities that benefit our local environment
