John Van Beek

WinterGlow Host

John Van Beek is a Perth-born musician, speaker, and presenter whose journey has inspired audiences across Australia.

A former elite gymnast turned musician, John is currently studying at WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) while building his career in the music industry.

Passionate about giving back, he has worked with students at Billabong High School in Albury to support and strengthen the school's music program.

Known for his warmth and ability to connect with people of all ages, John is delighted to be part of WinterGlow as MC, helping bring the community together through music and celebration.


Buzzkill

6:05pm - 6:45pm

Loud guitars, massive singalongs and a whole lot of nostalgia — Buzzkill are Albury-Wodonga's ultimate party band.

Blending pop punk, alternative rock and iconic pub anthems, this high-energy four-piece bring the best of the late '90s and 2000s back to life — think Blink-182, Green Day, The Killers, Fall Out Boy and The Offspring.

No backing tracks. No filler. Just a live show built to get a crowd moving.


Alex Hosking

6:55pm - 8:25pm

Australian-born DJ, vocalist and songwriter Alex Hosking is a force to be reckoned with. From Tomorrowland Winter to Reading Festival and the Australian Open, she commands every stage she steps on.

With four songs surpassing 10 million Spotify streams — including the Drum & Bass anthem "Jungle" with 1991 — and global radio support from BBC Radio 1, Triple J and Capital Dance, Alex is one of Australia's most exciting electronic exports.
